The FAIRiCUBE Knowledge Base (KB), accessible through the FAIRiCUBE Hub, has rolled out an upgraded version of its intelligent assistant — the FAIRiCUBE Chatbot — featuring a refreshed design and enhanced capabilities.
More than just a visual update, the chatbot has been optimized to deliver quicker, more precise answers to user questions. Whether you’re new to FAIRiCUBE or an experienced user, it guides you by explaining project goals, clarifying methodologies, and pointing directly to relevant documentation, GitHub repositories, and training resources.
It is now possible to invoke the chatbot programmatically via its API endpoint and personalize it (e.g., selecting the display theme) through setting functionality.
Alongside the chatbot, the KB also offers two other key services: the Digital Library, which centralizes essential FAIRiCUBE materials including onboarding guides, examples, self-training modules on machine learning and data cubes, and a collection of practical “Tips & Tricks” from real-world use cases; and the Query Tool, an interactive search gateway to datasets, models, and code libraries that supports everyone from beginners using simple keyword searches to experts running advanced, custom queries.
Together, these three services position the FAIRiCUBE KB as a comprehensive support ecosystem — helping scientists, use case teams, and policymakers alike unlock insights and apply data-driven solutions to complex challenges.
