FAIRiCUBE was invited to give a brief project introduction during the Eionet Land Systems Group meeting, held from 20. – 21. November in Copenhagen/Denmark. The European Environment Information and Observation Network (Eionet) is a partner network of the European Environment Agency. It consists of the EEA’s member and cooperating countries and supports the provision of high-quality data, information and sustainability assessments for Europe.
Members of the Eionet Land Systems Group play a crucial role in ensuring the quality of our CLMS data products, thanks to their valuable national knowledge. Their expertise is essential for improving the integration of CLMS products with national or regional datasets and facilitating land monitoring activities.
The FAIRiCUBE project presentation was part of a session given by the European Topics Centre for data integration and digitalisation (ETC / DI) and focused on some key project facts and on illustrating the project vision & motivation through a puzzle piece analogy.
